Board of Directors: The Board of Directors is comprised of three volunteer voting members: Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman and the Secretary/Treasurer. This group provides the strategic vision and guidance for the on-going business activities set forth in the CBG's Mission, Bylaws, and Policies. The Board defers to the Executive Committee and its various committees all matters pertaining to establishing and maintaining the specifics of industry certification standards and supporting policies. |
