CE Exam Process

When your students have completed their prescribed training of the Certified Exporter ® (CE) Program, as an authorized IIEI Certification Approved Provider, your organization can Proctor their examination.

General Information

Date of Examination: The application for the Certified Exporter® certification examination must be completed with all the requested student information 30 days before the examination date. No names can be added once the application has been accepted by IIEI Certification.

Fee Structure: The  certification examination fee is paid by the Approved Provider. Payment for all the exams must be made 14 days prior to the scheduled examination date. Instructions for payment are provided once the CE Test Application Form has been submitted (including all student names sitting for the exam).

Certified Exporter® Examination is a two hour exam. No breaks are allowed.

Examination Format: IIEI Certification offers the examinations in two formats:

  1. Online Certified Exporter® Examination
    1. Cost to Approved Provider $50 USD per Exam – APs may charge testees an additional fee to proctor the test
    2. Quick results – Students will know immediately if they passed or failed the exam.
    3. Passing Students can instantly print their Certification document after passing the examination.

  2. Paper Certified Exporter® Examination
    1. Cost to Approved Provider $75 USD per Exam. Plus shipping and handling costs from and to the Approved Provider
    2. Exam results – Within 30 days after receipt of the completed exams at IIEI Certification in Phoenix, Arizona, passing students are notified.  Certification documents are mailed to the testee’s address of record or the AP’s offices within that time frame (whichever is listed).
