Recognition Recognition - The various certifications within this program are recognized worldwide as the professional standard of proficiency and achievement of those serving within the international trade community. This certification program is recognized and approved by the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs for all active duty military and qualifying veterans. Value - Individuals, small companies, global corporations and entire countries rely on the global standards established by the Certification Board of Governors (CBG) to validate their international trade proficiency and to improve their operating knowledge and skills in this fast-paced, changing environment of international trade. The CBG chose the International Import-Export Institute (IIEI) to administer this program to the global community.
