Compliance and Enforcement: The Compliance
and Enforcement Committee, which is comprised of seven individuals
that each serve two-year terms, maintains the integrity of
industry certification process by insuring that individuals
who are industry certified comply with the established standards.
This committee works in unison with the Ethics and Professional
Standards Committee in fulfillment of its duties.
COMPLIANCE AND
ENFORCEMENT COMMITTEE monitors the activities of certified
individuals, and schools and organizations who are authorized
training facilities, and organizations who promote and/ or
display the international trade industry's trademarked insignia
and certifications.
