BIOGRAPHY - F.A. "Ted" Nicholson  (As of October 1, 2005)

 F. A. ‘Ted’ Nicholson served as President of the Certification Board of Governors (CBG), from October 2003 until October 2005  He helped steer international trade certification to the accepted standard it is today. Ted is President of F. A. Nicholson Company, specializing in mergers and acquistions.

 Ted draws upon his vast experience  with such large corporations as Sperry, Dial, and Boeing.   Hailing from the Philadelphia area, Ted holds a BA from Princeton University and a MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
