Mark is a member of the law firm Baker and McKenzie, specializing in international trade law, where he helps clients worldwide in this very specialized and demanding environment.

 

Formerly he was Director, Office of Export Enforcement, Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce. In that capacity he:

Department of Commerce.

 

Mark earned a Juries Doctorate from University of Georgia, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.. He also completed a Master of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and B.A. Magna Cum Laude, from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Washington D.C. and Maryland.
