Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer, Universal Weather & Aviation, Inc.

Mr. Butler is the Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer for Universal Weather & Aviation, Inc.  He has sixteen years experience in international business within the chemical and oil & gas industry.   He is a Certified US Export Compliance Officer^® and Certified International Trade Educator^®

Mr. Butler has a Masters in International Business with honors from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas. In addition, he holds a BA in Political Science from Loyola University, New Orleans, LA and completed a Fellowship from Loyola’s Institute of Politics.

Mr. Butler teaches the Export Administration Regulations and Ethics in Trade Compliance classes at the International Import-Export Institute and is on the Board of Directors of the International Compliance Professionals Association.
