BIOGRAPHY - Ann Lister

Global Compliance Manager, Educational Products Division, Texas Instruments (As of February 14, 2005)

Ann Lister is a licensed Customs broker with over 15 years experience in the international arena.  She has been with Texas Instruments since 2000 and is currently the Global Compliance Manager for the Educational Products division. 

Ms. Lister headed the TI CT-PAT Task force and continues as a member of the executive committee of the TI Corporate Security Counsel for CT-PAT.

Ann served for 6 years as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy.  She is on the steering committee for the Alliance Logistics Professionals Organization and sits on the Advisory Committee of the Graduate School of Global Business for the University of Dallas. Ms. Lister is co-founder of the International Compliance Professionals Association and this year’s president of OWIT-DFW.

A native born San Franciscan, Ms Lister has resided in Texas for the last 25 years. She holds degrees in education, chemistry, biology and theology.
